We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide. When you contact us or request an AOG Readiness Diagnostic, we collect details such as your name, work email, company, and the contents of your message.
• Operator data you share. For a diagnostic, you may share CSV exports. Tail numbers, supplier names, employee names, customer names, and prices can all be anonymized before they reach us, and we encourage anonymization.
• Usage data. We collect basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used (for example, pages viewed) to improve the site.

• to respond to your inquiries and deliver a requested diagnostic or report;
• to operate, maintain, and improve our website and product;
• to communicate with you about your request, a pilot, or service-related updates;
• to comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users and Ashe System.

We do not sell your personal information or shared operator data.

Data shared for a diagnostic is used only to produce the requested analysis and report. We recommend that operators anonymize sensitive identifiers before sharing. We retain shared data only as long as needed to complete the engagement, and we will delete it on request once the engagement concludes.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and product under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We do not share your information for third-party advertising.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
