Data & security

What data do we need?

You can start with anonymized CSV exports — no full software integration to begin. Here is exactly what we ask for and how it is handled.

Minimum anonymized CSV exports

aircraft.csvFleet, type, and configuration
stations.csvNetwork stations and roles
parts_master.csvPart numbers, ATA, criticality
inventory.csvServiceable stock by station
work_orders.csvMaintenance write-ups and history
aog_events.csvHistorical AOG events
supplier_quotes.csvQuote response and lead times
purchase_orders.csvOrder and delivery history
certificates.csvCertificate / documentation status
aircraft_schedule.csvUpcoming rotations and schedule

How your data is handled

Anonymize before you send

Tail numbers, supplier names, employee names, customer names, and prices can all be anonymized for the first diagnostic. No full integration required.

Handled with care

Exports are transferred securely, used only to produce your diagnostic, and can be deleted on request once the report is delivered.

Public data for context

We blend public aviation signals (FAA, BTS, NASA) for realism and feature weighting — they shape signals, not your operational truth.

Ready to see your real exposure? Start with anonymized exports.

AOG Shield is a decision-support and risk-advisory system. It does not determine airworthiness, approve parts for installation, certify regulatory compliance, or replace human maintenance, quality, or planning review.
